I've been having poor luck with the weapon spawns in every mission; one mission I'll get Assault Carbines and Machine Pistols, the next I'll get a Sniper Rifle and a Revolver. Combat shotgun fully upgraded is excellent, assault rifle is solid as well and the sporting carbine has strong penetration so it's ideal for killing crowds with headshots.Best tier 3 - Either the Bullpup rifle, assault shotgun or assault carbine. I consistently get 1st or 2nd in headshots on my team and I attribute it to the fact that can’t spray with a semi-auto rifle.Gotta say the compact shotgun. The Best Class In World War Z. I've levelled up 4 classes to 30 and I'm currently working on my 5th class, think my overall level is about 130 and I've maxed out all guns except the crossbow. Bullpup rifle has intense damage, assault shotgun clears crowds and the assault carbine has a big magazine, high accuracy and good damage.The sniper rifle is average, as is the tier 1 hunting rifle.I agree with this list, I'd add the Battle Rifle to your tier 3s though, imo.Don't sleep on the Battle Rifle aka SCAR, just like L4D2; hit's like a truck but has a slow reload time(without perks)I like the level 2 smg a ton, but I haven’t found many who agree.I'm with ya, I tended to be in top 1-2 on kills and heads shots with it. The class relies heavily on the use of Medkits and Stim Pistol and increasing the effectiveness of both of those two items. A good strategy would be to work them all up to level 12, at which point each class has the ability to upgrade their maximum health by 25%. Are shot guns good what are the best assault rifles. No matter which character you are playing as, you can still choose whichever class you want, so don't worry about that. Granted ammo may end up being an issue on harder levels.I'm a low level and haven't maxed anything else out but the level 5 scout rilfe is pretty awesome.I have the scout rifle and PAC-15 Carbine maxed out on the Fixer class.
